We cover events with professional photographers so you can preserve a high-quality memory of your goals and most important moments. Additionally, we boost the impact of your event through our comprehensive communication services for sports events, connecting with your community and giving visibility to your brand. At focus dpt, we are documenting your challenge.

Our photographers capture the best moments of the event. After the day is over, we upload the images to our platform, where our system processes them so you can locate, purchase, and download them immediately.

To locate your photos, you must first register on our platform. The system will use your profile picture to perform an automatic search. If no results appear, you can take a selfie on the spot or upload a photo from your device so the system can identify you.

This may happen if the recognition system detects someone with similar features or someone who was very close to you in the image. Simply select and add to your cart the photos where you appear.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details. Additionally, your invoice and receipt history will always be available within your user profile.

Through our secure CaixaBank payment gateway, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. We also support payments via Bizum for greater convenience and speed.

To ensure you receive your photos immediately after payment, we exclusively use card payments or Bizum. If you need to place a high-volume order for corporate purposes, please contact our support team.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a direct download link in your email. You will also be able to access all your purchased photos at any time from the "My Photos" section of your user profile.

In your profile, you have complete tools to manage your images: Bulk download: You can download all your photos at once or select a specific group in a .zip file, compatible with any device. Individual download: You have the option to download photos one by one. Mobile use: From the photo slider (the viewer), you can save images individually directly to your phone's camera roll.

Your photos will be available in your profile for download for 12 months. We recommend saving them to a physical device or the cloud after purchase to ensure you always have them with you.
